Professional Background:
Scott Marsh brings a diverse and seasoned background to the board, with 17 years as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry and 24 years in pastoral ministry. As the founder of 90/21 Coaching LLC, Scott helps individuals and teams grow through leadership and personal development. He is deeply committed to building strong, effective teams and fostering meaningful relationships.
Education:
Scott earned a BSEET from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds a Certificate in Coaching Mastery from Creative Results Management.
Non-Profit Involvement:
Scott’s commitment to Christian ministry and service is reflected in his active role at InterConnected Ministries. With extensive non-profit board experience, Scott brings valuable leadership and insight to ICM, especially in supporting organizational growth and healthy collaboration. Dawna Blue
Board Member
Professional Background:
With over 30 years of experience in accounting and small business operations, Dawna Blue brings a wealth of expertise to streamline complex processes and turn vision into actionable strategies. She is currently employed as a Strategic Account Manager at Inova Payroll where she skillfully helps organizations operate with efficiency and clarity.
Education:
Dawna holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. She has also earned certifications in Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, H&R Block Income Tax Course, and Life Coach Certification through ExpertRating, Inc.
Non-Profit Involvement:
At InterConnected Ministries, Dawna plays a key role in policy development, operational support, and women’s discipleship. Her previous ministry roles include serving as Children’s Ministry Coordinator and providing administrative support at her previous church.
Rebekah Crume
Board Member
Professional Background:
Rebekah Crume has devoted her life nurturing a deep love for Jesus Christ and His church. With over a decade of experience as a preschool teacher and a strong background in youth and women’s ministry, Rebekah brings a heart-centered approach to leadership and service. Her mission to inspire passionate faith to follow Christ has guided her personal and professional journey.
Education:
Rebekah studied at Eternity Bible College, where she deepened her theological understanding and commitment to ministry. Her education laid the foundation for her work in spiritual development and community engagement.
Non-Profit Involvement:
At InterConnected Ministries, Rebekah contributes to spiritual development and outreach initiatives. Her background in youth and women’s ministry has helped shape programs that foster growth in relationship with God and connection within community.
