Sometimes God simply asks us to leave the familiar and follow Him into something new, simply because He wants us to know Him more deeply. So today, the invitation is to step into your “kayak" with God and discover Him. The invitation is not to do more or try harder; His invitation is to “be with” Him.

Something caught my attention—a bright yellow kayak resting on a rack under the stairs. I discovered life lessons about saying “yes...” when faced with the things I didn’t know and I wasn’t sure how it would work out.

The God who delivered His people then still rescues today. He desires to free us from the “Egypt” within our own hearts and lives. We follow Him to live as a woman of courage, walking forward, trusting His guidance into what He has ahead.
